My stay at this hotel was exceptional! The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and I even got an upgrade due to my IHG status. The complimentary drinks and complete sets of toiletries were a nice touch. The modern rooms had plenty of power outlets, making charging my devices very convenient. However, the service could use a bit more friendliness from the staff. The location was great, close to the Aeon department store and city center, with a free shuttle service to and from the airport.
