My stay at this hotel was exceptional! The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and I even got an upgrade due to my IHG status. The complimentary drinks and complete sets of toiletries were a nice touch. The modern rooms had plenty of power outlets, making charging my devices very convenient. However, the service could use a bit more friendliness from the staff. The location was great, close to the Aeon department store and city center, with a free shuttle service to and from the airport. The dining experience was excellent with a wide variety of food choices. Overall, a fantastic stay with a few minor hiccups.

My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The rooms, though a bit stuffy at first, were contemporary in style, quite spacious, and well laid out. The hotel is very clean with good amenities and offers a free shuttle to Chitose airport, which was a big plus. However, having to request 4 fans for our kids to sleep was a downside.
